I made this course after realizing that many times in my past I wasn’t brave enough to rise above my circumstances and make the changes I wanted to make in my life. I felt like I had no other choice but to live in the conditions I was living with when in reality, there were many things I could change to be happier. I can see now that I could have put myself in a better place if I would have believed in myself. I didn’t know how to change a lot of the situations.
We all have life situations that interfere with our goals, wants, and needs.
The big question is: do we know how to step out to the freedom to change our life situation for the better?
The Self-empowerment Course addresses many situations we all deal with and encourages growth in those areas and in meeting your goals. Through years of therapy, I learned the healthiest way of dealing with life situations that were causing depression and anxiety and how to change my life and make it what I wanted it to be. The best thing I learned was being able to enjoy each day while I was putting into practice the things I learned in therapy.
These are the things I want to share with you, at a much lower cost than therapy, and hopefully, you will find the answers to the most significant issues you face in your life and what you can do to fix them.

As a fulltime Mom and helping my husband with his construction business I discovered for myself how hard it was to do anything that I wanted to do with my life. Sure, my kids meant everything to me, and I was committed to my marriage but my days seemed like work and nothing else.
