Right now you may be wondering if
your personal or family life will
ever be truly happy or fulfilling.
I experienced all of those issues, and I know how hard it is. But to my surprise, I discovered I could still be happy and be successful in my life. Whether it was finding more ways to make enough money to pay my bills, or learning to let go of the mistakes I made and the things people did that affected me, I made up my mind that things had to change and I was going to do what I needed to do to change them!
I know what it was like to have no time to do what I want to do and be stuck in a job in which I was unhappy.
What it takes to change things in your life.
I’ve experienced losing everything that I worked for for 25 years and
having to start over.
Overcoming Life’s Obstacles
I know how family relationships or toxic friendships can hold you back because of
manipulation or unhealthy connections.
I’ve experienced living with an alcoholic and wanting desperately to have a healthy family.
Loving a drug addict.
I have had to deal with people close to me who are mentally ill.
What you should do when someone you know wants to die.
I took care of my husband through his throat cancer and aortic aneurysm surgery,
wondering if he was going to live.
When someone you know and love has a long-term illness.
I’ve had to let go of the fact that we lost a lot of hard earned money because we
trusted the wrong people and ended up losing almost everything.
Letting go of life’s disappointments.
I know what it’s like to live paycheck to paycheck, not be able to pay my bills,
and feeling like I was never going to get ahead.
Ways To Save More Money
Through years of therapy, research, countless books, and support from others, I’ve found peace and happiness in spite of all the hard times. I honestly value every day and have learned to be content in the midst of stressful situations. Life is never going always to go the way we want it to, but we can still have control of ourselves and our minds. That makes a huge difference in how you see the day when you wake up in the morning. It also makes the night when you lay down to sleep more peaceful. I believe you can still be inspired to make your life better and want to share with you all the steps you can take to change and be successful.
I believe everyone deserves to know how to deal with the emotional heartbreak that all these and other situations bring.
I want to see more people able to live free from their past. I believe there can be happy, functional families with determination, patience and the right skills. To truly be free from negative things we’ve gone through, people usually do well with knowledge and accountability. We need someone to encourage and fill us with answers and ideas of how we can change what we can’t seem to change on our own. We need someone who is going to remind us and hold us accountable for the changes we need to make. That’s what my biggest desire is. To provide a safe place, to visit and potentially learn how to improve our lives.

After being married for over 30 years and raising four children, I realized I received a lot of information over the years that led me to be a much happier person. This therapy came at a significant cost that some people are hesitant to spend on themselves or can’t afford to spend on themselves so I want to reach out to you in your home at a much lesser cost. Everyone should be able to be free from the loads they carry throughout their life.
There was I time in my life where I had forgotten what I liked to do. Things were so bad I was in survival mode until I realized I needed help to figure out why I was so sad especially when I had plenty of reasons to be happy!
After all of these things I have experienced in my own life, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. Many people go through it alone unnecessarily. The truth is that since I took the first step of wanting to learn what to do to make my situation better, I’ve learned that there’s always a way to get through the hard stuff.
